Fcncv[g. <br />1. ~llipropriate fcr[ci[1g, as approved by tlrc Board, shall be regi[ir-ed <br />in certain instances to protect revegetatiorr efforts, insure <br />public safety, protect [wildlife, regulate livestock, and control <br />public access and vehicular traffic. <br />2. All fences shall be constructed in such a m.-u[ner as to provide <br />the least hazard and greatest mobility to wildlife. <br />3. In urban areas, the operator shall fence the affected area with <br />a six (~) toot I[igi[ chain link fence topped [with three (3) strands <br />oC barbed wire canted outwards, unless otl[erwise approved by the <br />Board. ' <br />F. IVater Resources. <br />1. All operators shall comply with the following requirements arrd <br />with all a}rplicablc [cater quality standards establisl[cd wider <br />federal, state or local laws and tl[e r[[les adopted pursuant tlrere- <br />• to, as required by the plans approved by the Board. <br />2..
