C. Tlie above mentioned report shall be accompanied by a map or sarital~le • overlay of maps submitted with the original application. Suds maps shall show: 1. The outline of the affected area; and 2. M outline•of all areas regraded and topsoiled during tl~e previous year; and 3. Ni outline of the areas seeded during tl~e previous year, showing the dates of seeding; and 4. M outline of the area revegetated during the previous year; and 5. M outline of. any and all areas where reclamation has been com- pleted during the previous year; and G. Irhere final grading and contouring have been completed, during the previous year, an outline of the final grading plan showing the final elevation by contours; and ~ 7.
