<br /> <br />22. Mitigation for County Road 33 as it crosses Panel 12R will involve: <br />A. Inspection of the potential source zone immediately prior to starting 12R to <br />determine whether any loose or overhanging blocks exist. The results of this <br />inspection will be reported to DOGM. <br />B. Removal of any potential source blocks identified in the source zone <br />inspection. This may involve dislodging blocks from the top of the outcrop <br />onto the foreslope. As a precautionary measure, the road should be <br />temporarily closed while rocks are being dislodged. <br />C. Further inspections of the outcrop will be performed immediately after <br />undermining and for a period of one year thereafter. <br />D. Subsidence measurements will be made along the road below the outcrop <br />and at three locations on the top of the outcrop. <br />E.
