The Metropolitan District will maihtain a telephone line at <br />its office to be manned on the 'Friday of each week the Lot <br />Trade Program is active to answer questions relating to the lot <br />trade program. <br />On-site selection will be encouraged and appointments may <br />be made on Saturdays, or on other days mutually acceptable to <br />the Lot Owner and the Metropolitan District, during the time <br />the Lot Trade Program is in effect for consummation of lot <br />trades. Priority numbers for trades will 6e established as of <br />the time a Lot Owner makes his selection of lot and completes <br />the "Notice of Intent to Trade" and delivers it to the <br />Metropolitan District: <br />All disputes relating to the Lot Trade Program shall be <br />resolved by the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan <br />District. The Board of Directors of the Metropolitan District <br />shall have complete and absolute authority to resolve any <br />dispute relating to trades with a Lot Owner and its decision, <br />based on majority vote, shall be final as to any such dispute. <br />It is contemplated that the Lot Trade Program will 6e <br />active for longer than 12 months. However, since all trades <br />will be made on a "first come, first serve" basis, each <br />eligible Lot Owner will be encouraged to participate in the <br />trade program within 30 days of receipt of the notice to 6e <br />sent by the Metropolitan District. <br />JOINT MOTION TO AUTHORIZE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />OF THE ESTATE FREE AND CLEAR OF ALL LIENS, CLAIMS <br />AND ENCUMBRANCES AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT - Page 17 ~ <br />
