' The consummation of a trade will occur when the
Metropolitan District has received from the Lot Owner a
properly executed conveyance of Lot Owner's interest in the
traded property. The Metropolitan District will forward
without charge the documents to be executed by a Lot Owner.
Upon receipt of the executed conveyance document from Lot
Owner, the Metropolitan District will eaecute the proper form
of conveyance to the Lot Owner of the lot being traded and will
file all documents of record without undue delay.
