Each Lot Owner completing a trade under this program <br />shall be deemed to have withdrawn or released any claim filed <br />by the or on behalf of the Lot Owner in the Colorado City <br />Development Company Bankruptcy proceeding. Consummation of a <br />trade shall itself operate as a release of any such claim and <br />the Trustee shall be privileged to expunge any claim filed by a <br />lot owner who has completed a trade of his lot with the <br />Metropolitan District without further notice to the claimant. <br />VIII. Procedure for Selection of Lots: Those eligible Lot <br />Owners desiring to participate in the Lot Trade Program may do <br />so by contacting the Metropolitan District office by mail or <br />telephone, or by an on-site visit. A copy of a plat or map of <br />the expanded core area will be included with each notice mailed <br />to a prospective trade Lot Owner. Each Lot Owner will be asked <br />to list a preference as to Unit number and Lot number of <br />expanded core lot area desired, listing in order of preference <br />up to 10 lots which would be acceptable to trade. The <br />Metropolitan District will furnish a form titled "Notice of <br />Intent to Trade" (a copy of which is attached hereto). Said <br />Notice shall be completed and returned to the Metropolitan <br />District and will be time-stamped upon receipt by the <br />Metropolitan District to establish a priority number for the <br />Lot Owner.
