Be current, on or before trade is completed, or have <br />made arrangements to be current, on all sums owed for taxes, <br />contract payments, water and sewer assessments and recreation <br />(MERBISC) fees. <br />~ I. Notice will be sent by the Metropolitan District to all <br />eligible Lot Owners within 60 days of the entry of the last <br />order entered by either the United States Bankruptcy Court for <br />the Northern District of Texas, or the Circuit Court of Cook <br />County, Illinois approving this Settlement Agreement and its <br />modifications of the prior Final Judgment and Consent Decree, <br />which notice shall advise the Lot Owners of the terms and <br />conditions of this Lot Trade Program. <br />II. A notice will also be sent by the Metropolitan <br />District to delinquent contract purchasers/Lot Owners advising <br />those Lot Owners who are delinquent that they have 90 days to <br />reinstate and pay in full, or to arrange for the payment in <br />full, of all back payments and assessments provided for in <br />their contracts. Said notice shall further provide that all <br />lot owners who have failed to reinstate and pay in full, or who <br />have failed to make arrangements for the reinstatement and <br />payment in full, of all back payments and assessments provided <br />for in their contracts by the end of the 90 day period will <br />have their contract rights terminated or rejected by the entry <br />of an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the <br />Northern District of Texas.
