EXHIBIT "A" ' <br />LOT TRADE PROGRAM <br />This Exhibit identifies and defines the Lot Trade Program <br />to be conducted by the Metropolitan District if approved by the <br />~ Bankruptcy Court in Bankruptcy Case Nos. 384-30201-F, In re: <br />Colorado City Development Company, Debtor; 384-30199-F, In re: <br />Great Western United Corporation, Debtor; and 384-30200-F, In <br />re: Great Western Cities, Inc., Debtor, now pending in the <br />United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas, <br />Dallas Division and by the Court in Case No. 78-CH-8291, People <br />of the State of Illinois, ex. rel. Tyrone C. Fahner, Attorney <br />General of Illinois vs. Hunt International Resources, et al., <br />in the Circuit Court of Cook County, County Department, <br />Chancery Division. <br />Definition: For ease of clarity, any person of other entity <br />that may assert rights under this settlement shall be referred <br />to as "Lot Owner" <br />Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Lot Trade <br />Program to be administered by the Metropolitan District under <br />this Settlement a Lot Owner must: <br />A.
