I. The Contractor will be responsible for all transportation, set-up costs and tear down <br />costs associated with equipment arrivals and departures, as well as disposal <br />transportation costs. <br />The Contractor will designate a contact person in order for the Owner to communicate <br />with the Contractor regarding safety, environmental, or any other issues that may arise. <br />Contractor shall supply to the Owner the name and telephone number of the <br />Contractor's responsible individual for communication purposes. <br />The Contractor and any approved subcontractors shall comply with all of the Owner's <br />Safety Policies and Procedures. The Contractor must have an MSHA I.D. Number and <br />current MSHA Training certificates for all employees at the project site. <br />If electrical power is required, it is the responsibility of Contractor to provide a power <br />source. <br />The Contractor will be solely responsible for inspection of the structures and buildings <br />to determine the types and condition of all remaining parts and equipment and to <br />determine marketability with regard to scrap or salvage value. <br />Upon removal from the Owner's site, all equipment, components, steel and other <br />material from the structures shall become the property of the Contractor. <br />• The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and machinery as required for the <br />construction of the Work of this Project. <br />THE CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (MSDS) <br />FOR ALL HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS THAT ARE TO BE USED BY HIS EMPLOYEES <br />IN THE COURSE OF THEIR WORK ON THE OWNER'S PROPERTY SO THAT <br />OWNER'S EMPLOYEES MAY RECEIVE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION AND <br />TRAINING CONCERNING THE POTENTIAL HAZARDS OF THE SUBSTANCE TO <br />WHICH THEY MAY BE EXPOSED. <br />Contractor shall supply all labor, erection and construction equipment and other <br />construction services as required. Contractor shall cause the Work to be supervised in <br />such a manner that the project schedule will be maintained and that Work will be <br />completed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with these Contract Documents. <br />The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all design and calculations, <br />preparing all plans and documents and all processing necessary to obtain all permits <br />required by Federal,-State and Local authorities for the Work under this contract.
