At such point in time, mining will commence in phase IV and
' subsequently into phase V with the removal of the topsoil from the area
scheduled for mining. The topsoil will be p3_ane_d~n storage in the
~phaSP.II..a Excavation will commence at the northern end of phase
IV-and-proceed in a southerly direction through the entirety of phase V
' as demand dictates.
' As mining progresses, a portable crusher will intermittently be located
on the site and gravel stockpiles will be situated at various points as
mining proceeds.

Backfilling and initial grading of the slopes will be done concurrently
with the mining process. Final grading and placement of topsoil will be
' accomplished in a timely manner. It is expected that revegetation
efforts will be performed as mining activities are completed ih each
phase, based upon the pre `sump ion at no furt er mining o= mining
' related activity is to occur.
Underground water is not present on the site above the planned depth of
excavation. Impounding of groundwater will not occur at this site.
1 ~
It is anticipated that the life of this mine is approximately 15 to 20
years, based on current market conditions.
I

1 1 CMG << IrPG( ~i ~a.~,..
