Page 2.05-336 requires updated to current volumes. <br />Page 2.05-33b has been updated to current projected volumes. <br />23. Are cross sections 2.05.4-/ to 2.05.4-16 still valid? <br />Yes; Where reclamation is occurzing, cross-sections are being field checked by survey. Revisions will <br />be submitted for X-sections (figures 4-1 [0 4-9) as survey information becomes available. <br />24. Cross sections of excess spoil fills should be reworked to match PMT. <br />In progress: Terry Surveying Inc. is preparing a small scale (8-1/2 x 11") cross-section for each fill <br />area they have surveyed for inclusion in the permit. <br />25. On page 2.05-60 please add rangeland [o post mining [and use seed miz [able. <br />Rangeland has been added to table description. <br />28. Page 2.05-66b speaks to Oak/Pinyon pine on portal areas. This is no longer valid. <br />Reference to "portal areas" has been deleted. <br />29. No information concerning reclamation standards could be located jor the irrigated pasture area <br />(post mining [and use of pastureland). Please incorporate reclamation standards and sampling <br />methodology information if necessary for this planned past mining [and use. <br />Pages 2.05-71 through 2.05-75 establish the criteria for evaluating revegetative success. It also applies <br />to and does not exclude irzigated pastureland. <br />30. The 2002 Annual Hydrology Report refers to the alluvial wells at the loadout as MWLO-E and <br />MWLO-W If this is the desired designation jor these wells, please modem the hydrologic monitoring <br />plan to conform to this designation.
