As these areas may be subjected to underground mine subsidence, please provide, for those areas noted in the second paragraph above, the information required by Rule 2.04.4(1), or discuss why this information does not need to be provided. 58. Rule 2.04.60): An error in the permit text exists on existing permit page 2.04-10 (rev. 12/09/97). Following the section title of "RULE 2.04.6 -GEOLOGY DESCRIPTION" is the subtitle "(1) Surface Mining". Following this subtitle is another subtitle, "(2) Underground Mining". In actuality, it is Rule 2.04.6(2) that addresses surface mining, rather than Rule 2.04.60), and it is actually Rule 2.04.6(3), rather than Rule 2.04.6(2), that addresses underground mining. Rule 2.04.6(1), "General Requirements" of the geology description required by Rule 2.04.6, has not been referred to in the permit text. Please provide the information required by Rules 2.04.6(1)(a)-(e). If the permit presently contains this information, please provide for the permit text a sentence or two indicating where this information may be found. 59. Rule 2.04.6(3): It is stated in the permit (first paragraph, existing page 2.04-14, rev. 12/09/97) that "Detailed structure and Wadge Seam outcrop are shown on Map 6, Wadge Seam Structure. Additional structural information, as well as lithologic information are shown on Maps 7, 8, and 9, Cross-Sections A-A', B-B' and C-C'." As Map 6 also depicts a two additional cross-sections (D-D' and E-E'), please revise existing page 2.04-14 to indicate the existence of these two additional cross-sections, and where in the permit these two additional cross-sections may be found. 60. Rule 2.04.6(3): It is stated in the permit (third paragraph, existing page 2.04-14, rev. 12/09/97) that "Detailed site-specific svatigraphy is shown on Map 6, Map 7, Geologic Cross-Sections A-A', Map 8, Geologic Cross-Section B-B', and Map 9, Geologic Cross- Section C-C', respectively." Please include in this paragraph a reference to the two additional cross sections shown on Map 6, Cross-Section D-D' and Cross-Section E-E'. Please include a reference as to where these two additional cross-sections may be found in the permit. 6l. Rule 2.04.6(3): It is stated in the permit (third paragraph, existing page 2.04-14, rev. 12/09/97) that "It should be noted that the faults shown on the maps are of a regional character and are outside of the current mine plan area." It appears this sentence should be updated, to reflect that [he notthwest-striking faults shown on Maps 6, 7, 8, and 9 are within portions of the Southwestern, Eastern, and Northern mining districts.
