This letter will supply the narrative <br />portion of the application requirements. <br />1. The completed application form along with the application fee of $163 is <br />attached. <br />2. A detailed description of the method of the mining operation follows: <br />a. The types and numbers of equipment and facilities can be found in <br />_ _ Exhibit D of the DMG application. <br />b. Generally one shift will be used in the operation. The maximum <br />number of employs is 10. Occasionally during the busy periods of <br />the summer and fall construction season, two shifts may be <br />employed. <br />c. The operation will be a dry pit <br />d. Our trucks will exit from the property onto Courtner Road. The <br />overwhelming majority of trucks will proceed north to US Highway <br />50.
