The revision was submitted by Colowyo Coal Company L.P. <br />All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from [his date of filing. <br />This technical revision provides for a reduction in the monitoring of revegeta[ed ares from the Ist, 2nd, and every 3rd year <br />thereafterafter seeding until bond release inspectionsto the 1st, 2nd, and 4th year after seeding until bond release inspections. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 28 miles south of Craig. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />All or portions of Sections 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, I I, 14, 15, 16. 17, 20, 21 and T3N, R93 W; and Sections 13, I5, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, <br />28, 33 and 34, T4N, R93 W; 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps of Axial & Ninemile Gap <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W Victory <br />Way, Craig, CO 81625, and at the Division office. In order for <br />us to comply with regulatorytime frames, we request [hat comments be submitted within fifteen (I S) days of this letter.
