We will make an <br />effort to indicate the magnitude of disturbance associated with <br />permit revisions in future solicitations of comments. However, we <br />generally do not have adequate copies of permit materials or the <br />resources to distribute these materials to all of the agencies <br />which may be involved in the review process. All of the pertinent <br />materials are available for public inspection at or near the mine <br />sites, in the county court buildings, in our Division offices and <br />in the OSM Western Service Center in Denver.
