The <br />project area, as shown on the blueprint submitted, is located in <br />Section 33, Township 46 North, Range 15 West, and Section 4, <br />Township 45 North, Range 15 West of Montrose County, Colorado. <br />Based on our review of the information provided, we have <br />determined that a Department of the Army Permit is not required <br />for development on the site, which was reviewed, provided the <br />project does not involve discharge of dredge or fill material <br />into waters of the United States.
