Phase IVc Summary No. 12 Page 3 043-2170 <br />Laboratory Tests <br />• Golder obtained one QC sample of bentonite-amended soil liner fill (SLF-QC-17) during this <br />reporting period. Laboratory index testing was conducted on the sample of bentonite-amended SLF <br />at the Golder field trailer to verify suitability of materials prior to use in the field. A summazy of QC <br />laboratory test results for SLF materials aze available at the Golder field trailer. <br />Meetines <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractors' meeting on July 27, 2004. Items discussed included Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
