(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVc Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of July 25 through July 31, 2004. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 43° F to 49° F, and highs ranged from 62° F to 75° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Synopsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVc construction. Ames conducted Phase IVc construction activities on six days of this seven-day reporting period (July 26 through July 31, 2004). Poly-Flex conducted Phase IVc construction activities on six days of this seven-day reporting period (July 26 through July 31, 2004). PhaseIVc Ames continued limited Structural Fill (SF) cut to fill and slope re-contouring activities along the Phase Nb /Phase PJc tie-in azea above the LOB. Ames continued excavation of the west Phase IVc Leak Detection Trench (LDT) extension west of the VLF on Chicken Hawk Hill. Ames excavated approximately 200 feet of LDT. Ames hauled, placed, and compacted Soil Liner Fill (SLF) material into the Phase IVc OSA, on the east section of the VLF.
