Phase IVc Summary No. 11 Page 3 043-2170 <br />Golder observed placement of HVSC piping in the Phase IVc OSA, verifying installation and layout <br />per the project plans. <br />Laboratory Tests <br />Golder obtained one QA sample of soil liner fill (SLFc-QA-12) and one QA sample of drain cover <br />fill (DCFc-04) for laboratory index testing. The samples tested met the requirements of the <br />specifications and the results aze presented in Attachment B. <br />Meetines <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractors' meeting on July 20, 2004. Items discussed included Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
