• Area 3 - Valley Access Road <br />Area 3 (Meadows Crossings & Sidehill Section between CR215 and Bebo Bridge) <br />covers 8 acres. Four acres will be permanently revegetated during the <br />fall of 1982 using topsoil stripped from the road construction. The <br />remaining 4 acres make up the Valley Access Road surface that will be <br />stabilized by dust suppressants as necessary during the 1982 - 1984 period. <br />Area 3b (Sidehill Sections from Bebo Bridge to Gate) consists of 27 acres, <br />primarily cut and fill slopes that will be permanently revegetated during <br />the fall of 1982. The remaining 10 acres make up the valley access road <br />surface and will be stabilized by dust suppressants as necessary during <br />the 1982 - 1984 period. <br />• <br />Area 3c (Abandoned South Access to West fork) consists of 7 acres to be <br />permanently revegetated during 1982 using topsoil available from the <br />Valley Access Road construction across Union Meadows. The West Fork of <br />Parachute Creek culvert will be removed after reclamation of Area 3c is <br />complete unless Union Oil Company, the landowner, prefers that the culvert <br />remain. <br />Area 4 - Valley Access Road (on property) <br />Area 4 consists of 17 acres - one acre was temporarily revegetated previously <br />and 7 acres will be permanently revegetated during 1982. Topsoil from <br />• the Valley Access Road construction has been respread to a depth of about <br />six inches on 4 of those 7 acres. The Valley Access Road surface which <br />
