• The cofferdam presently in place in Davis Gulch will remain until that decision
is made. The remaining four acres consists of roads that will be stabilized
using dust suppressants as necessary during the 1982 - 1984 period. (Also
see discussion in Exhibit G regarding the effects on water issues of the
decision not to build Davis Gulch Dam at this time).
Area 10 - Upper Davis Gulch
Area l0a (Construction Water Pipeline) covers four acres made up of pipeline
right-of-way. The 4 acres will be permanently revegetated during the fall of
1982. Topsoil, generated from the pipeline construction will be respread on
the regraded moderate to flat lying slopes (2:1 to 4:1).
• Area lOb (Dam Material Stockpiles) covers 10 acres and is essentially made up
of rock material that had been stockpiled for use in the construction of Davis
Gulch Dam. This material will remain in storage in its present location until
a decision regarding construction of Davis Gulch Dam has been made.
