areas will be stabilized using dust suppressants as necessary during the 1982
- 1984 period. The remaining four acres make up the undisturbed stream channel
and areas adjacent to the channel for which no additional revegetation work
is planned.
Area lOd (Topsoil Piles) covers 8 acres and consists of topsoil which was re-
moved from the Davis Gulch Dam area (Area 9). Two acres upon which the top-
soil was stockpiled will be permanently revegetated in the fall of 1982. The
two acres will have topsoil respread and be regraded to a flat lying (approximately
4:1) slope. The remaining 6 acres consist of stockpiled topsoil (including
topsoil from the 2-acre area) that will be temporarily revegetated during fall
1982. The topsoil piles will remain in place until the permanent revegetation
• of the Davis Gulch Dam area.
Area 11 - Firebreak Road
Area 11 covers 21 acres, of which 9 acres will be permanently revegetated
during the fall of 1982. Topsoil generated from the firebreak road construction
will be respread on the regraded side slopes, which are moderate to flat lying
slopes (approximately 2:1 to 4:1). One acre was already permanently revege-
tated. Ten acres make up road surface that will be stabilized using dust
suppressants as necessary during the 1982 - 1984 period. The remaining 1 acre
is made up of rock cliffs for which no stabilization or revegetation is
necessary.
•
