Dust Mitigation <br />Dust within the pit will be mitigated through the application of water. Dust produced by the crushing <br />and screening of the gravel will be suppressed within the plant using enclosed crushers and screens <br />with water sprays. All haul roads withing the pit will be watered as needed. FCM proposes that, dust <br />along the haul route outside of the pit will be mitigated by paving the stretch of County Road 305 <br />between the pit entrance and the intersection with County Road 302. <br />12. Operations on More Than One Lot <br />The operation will occur on more than one lot. Both lots aze owned by the same landowner. The two <br />pazcels aze 5905-263-00-068 owned by Cugnini, Patrick L. And Ramona and 5905-262-00-069 owned <br />by Cugnini Land and Cattle Co. The lots will not be combined. All access issues are addressed in the <br />lease between FCM and the Cugnini's.
