Ken Klco -2- ......................................................January...31.~.....1996 <br />Option 2 <br />T.H.E can submit a "new" application for a technical revision that <br />meets the requirements of a technical revision and meets the minimum <br />requirements of the November 25, 1995 Board Order. This means that <br />the new application should provide for installation of all designed <br />structures by the March 30, 1996 date specified in the Board's <br />conditional approval. <br />The existing application does not qualify as a technical revision and <br />therefore, cannot be approved as such. Attached is a copy of the <br />November 28, 1995 Board Order which specifies that specific ,actions <br />be performed by specific dates in order to preserve the conditional <br />approval of the 1995 amendment application issued by the Board on <br />November 16, 1995.
