Those options are outlined below. The existing application <br />for stormwater management at the quarry does not quali:`y as a <br />technical revision, because it implies that additional acreage will <br />need to be permitted and additional parties not specified. in the <br />November 28, 1995 Board Order will need to be notified and given a <br />chance to comment on the application. <br />Optioa 1 <br />T.H.E can re-submit the stormwater management plan as an application <br />for a permit amendment. Attached is a lis*_ of technical inf;~rmation <br />that should be included in the application. The Division will apply <br />the $150 revision fee already received toward the $1,550 amendment <br />application fPe.._ The amendment application should be subm:'tted no <br />later than March 31, 1996. <br />In order to pursue this option, however, T.H.E. will need to request, <br />at the February 21-22 Board Hearing, Formal Public Hearing before the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for reconsideration of the November 16, <br />1995 amendment approval and corresponding Board Order, in order to <br />extend the March 30, 1996 date by which installation of all designed <br />structures must be completed. All parties noticed for the November <br />1995 hearing will need to be re-noticed for a reconsideration hearing <br /> <br />in February 1996. <br />
