and presented in the construction specifications (Appendix C). Excavation that is necessary for <br />• anchoring the liner will be completed before the liner is placed. The liner will be placed in the <br />holding pond first and continued by rolling individual sections laterally such that the liner <br />sections overlap perpendiculaz to the direction of flow (see cross section A-A'). The individual <br />liner sections will be sealed with a single weld in the spray azea to allow easier removal when the <br />project is completed. Additional sandbags will be placed along those seams for wind protection. <br />The seams within the holding pond azea will be in accordance with manufacturer <br />recommendations for evaporation pond construction (see construction specifications, <br />Appendix C). <br />i5pon completion of liner placement and anchoring, the pumping and fluid delivery systems will <br />be placed in accordance with the construction specifications.
