The points of diversion for these structures are located <br />at the Following locations: <br />(i) Lindstrom No. 2 Ditch and First <br />Enlargement, located at a point in the SW/4NE/4 of Section 30, <br />Township 3 South, Range 74 West of the 6th P.M., Clear Creek <br />County, Colorado, on the right bank of the West Fork of Clear <br />Creek whence the SE corner of Section 29, Township 3 South, Range <br />74 West of the 6th P.M, bears South 66° 20' Bast a distance of <br />7900 feet. <br />(ii) Golden Diversion Dam and Pi cline, <br />located at a point in the SE/ NE/ of Section 0, Township 3 <br />South, Range 74 West of the 6th P.M., Clear Creek County, <br />Colorado, on the right bank of the West Pork of Clear Creek <br />whence the SE corner of Section 2y, Township 3 South, Range 74 <br />West of the 6th P.M. bears South 64° 20' East a distance of 6400 <br />feet. <br />5. Au mentation Water Ri hts. To augment the water rights <br />described in paragraph above, Golden proposes to utilize the <br />following described water rights: <br />a. Henderson Mine Water. Water from the fractures in <br />the rock above and surrounding the Amax Henderson Mine, located <br />in Clear Creek and Grand Counties, Colorado, decreed by this <br />Court in Case No. W-7758-77 for 25 efs, with an April 1, 1967 <br />appropriation date, and by the District Court for Water Division <br />No. 5 in Case No. W-1700 for 10 efs, with a July 31, 1967 <br />appropriation date, both as nontributary, developed water to be <br />used for industrial, domestic, irrigation, municipal piscatorial ~/, <br />and recreational uses. The diversion structure for the original <br />diversion point known as the Hen erson Shaft No. 1 is located in <br />an unsurveyed area which appears to be Section 25, Township 3 <br />South, Range 76 West of the 6th P.M., Clear Creek County, <br />beginning at a point at the center of Shaft No. 1 whence the USLM <br />Mineral Monument Rue bears North 73° 42' East a distance of <br />3208.4 feet. The Rue Mineral Monument is located at North <br />latitude 3y° 46' T7" and the West longitude 105° 49' S8". An <br />alternate oint of diversion for this water right has been <br />ecreed for the Henderson Shaft No. 2, which is located beginning <br />at a point at the center of Shaft No. 2 whence USLM Mineral <br />Monument Rue bears North 77° 16' 46" East a distance oP 4931.33 <br />feet, which appears to be in the same section, township and range <br />as the Shaft No. 1. An alternate oint o diversion has also <br />been decreed to the Hen erson New West Portal M ne Railway <br />Tunnel, which is located beginning at a point on the centerline <br />of the west tunnel portal whence the NW corner of Section 6, <br />Township 3 South, Range 7T West of the 6th P.M. bears North 45° <br />29' 35" West a distance of 16,086.72 feet. Oolden owns T cfs of <br />this water right, which is equivalent to 730 acre-feet per <br />-3- <br />
