<br />appropriation date. The source of this water right is Clear
<br />Creek and the point of diversion is located in the NW/4NE/4 of
<br />Section 32, Township 3 South, Range 70 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Jefferson County, Colorado, on the north bank of-Clear Creek, at
<br />a point whence the NE corner of said Section 32 bears North 60°
<br />57' East a distance of 2060 feet.
<br />b. Golden Reservoirs. The following described condi-
<br />tional storage rights collectively hereinafter the "Golden
<br />Reservoirs") decreed by this Court in Case No. 82CW469 for
<br />domestic, municipal (including fire protection), commercial,
<br />industrial, irrigation, aesthetic, recreational, including
<br />fishing, fishery and wildlife breeding, boating and swimming,
<br />streamflow enhancement and maintenance, power generation,
<br />manufacturing, and storage, all with a June 8, 1977 date of
<br />appropriation. The sources of water for the Golden Reservoirs
<br />are the West Fork of Clear Creek and seepage and runoff water in
<br />the watershed of the West Fork of Clear Creek.

<br />of this reservoir is 850 acre-feet and the dead storage is 150
<br />acre-feet.
<br />(3) Golden Reservoir No. 3> located in the N/2SE/4
<br />of Section 29, Township 3 South, Range 74 West of trie 6th P.M.,
<br />Clear Creek County, Colorado. The right (south) abutment of the
<br />dam is located at a point whence the SE corner of said Section 29
<br />bears South 21° 44' East a distance of 2031 feet. The active
<br />capacity of this reservoir is 875 acre-feet and the dead storage
<br />is 125 acre-feet.
<br />The Golden Reservoirs will be filled by water diverted from
<br />the West Fork of Clear Creek through the Lindstrom No. 2 Ditch
<br />and First Enlargement and the Golden Diversion Dam and Pipeline,
<br />both of which have capacities of 30 efs and by groundwater
