It has been determined that no <br />emission permit will be required for the above referenced source as <br />the production rate will be 70,000 tons per year or less. An Air <br />Pollutant Emission Notice is required, however, as uncontrolled <br />emissions of particulate matter less than 10 microns (PMto) will be <br />more than 2 tons per year. <br />This exemption from permit requirements is issued in reliance upon <br />the accuracy and completeness of information supplied by the <br />applicant and is conditioned upon construction, installation, and <br />operation in accordance with this information and with <br />representations made by the applicant or the applicant's agents. <br />Specifically, this exemption has been granted provided that the <br />following information is accurate and complete: <br />1. The production rate does not exceed 70,000 tons per year. <br />Annual records of the actual production rate shall be <br />maintained and made available to the Division for inspection <br />upon request. <br />2. Visible emissions shall not exceed 20$ opacity. <br />3. There shall be no transport of visible emissions off-site. <br />4. The applicant shall follow the control plan as submitted with <br />the application. <br />
