• <br />Any changes with respect to the original submittal which would <br />result in increases ..n either emissions or ambient air impacts, or <br />which would result in the emission of any pollutants not listed in <br />the original submittal, automatically nullifies this exemption. <br />Before actually making any such change, you must apply to the <br />Division for a new exemption based on the anticipated change; if <br />the new exemption is denied by the Division, you will have to <br />obtain a permit BEFORE implementing the change. <br />In accordance with C.R.S. 25-7-114.1, the Air Pollutant Emission <br />Notice (APEN) associated with this source is valid for a term of <br />five years. The five year term for this APEN expires on November <br />24, 2000.
