Please clarify this <br />discrepancy and make any needed corrections. <br />RESPONSE: <br />The NPDES Permits are updated and are placed in Exhibit 4, NPDES Permits <br />CO-0027154 and COG-850013 (formerly CO-0036021). <br />MLRD CONCERN: <br />4. Please add a brief cover page for Exhibit 9 explaining the status of <br />the Air Emissions Permit. <br />RESPONSE: <br />CDOH Air Emission Permit C-11,573-8 (FD) for Mine 3 was transferred to CYVCC <br />and deactivated on January 30, 1989. A statement to such effect has been <br />added to the Exhibit. <br />MLRD CONCERN: <br />5. Please add a brief cover page for Exhibit 10 explaining the status of <br />the State Explosives Permit. <br />RESPONSE: <br />As CYCC is in the final stages of reclaiming Mine 3, the State Permit for <br />CYCC to use and store explosives has been inactive since 1983 at that site. <br />A statement to such effect has been added to the Exhibit. <br />MLRD CONCERN: <br />6. Please add a brief cover page for Exhibit 14 explaining the status of <br />the Federal Explosives Permit. <br />RESPONSE: <br />As CYCC is in the final stages of reclaiming Mine 3, the Federal Permit for <br />CYCC to sue and store explosives has been inactive since 1983 at that site. <br />A statement to such effect has been added to the Exhibit. <br />MLRO CONCERN: <br />7. Please revise Exhibit 15 to clearly explain the existence of two NPDES <br />permits. <br />
