David Berry
July 9, 1990
Page 9

MLRD CONCERN:
7. Please consider eliminating Map 20a, since it is redundant with the
above-requested revised maps 4a and 4b. If you wish to retain map 20a,
be sure that is is entirely accurate.
RESPONSE:
CYCC wishes to eliminate Map 20a (Permanent Sediment Control) as it is
redundant with Maps 4a and 4b. The updated, enclosed List of Maps reflects
the elimination of the map.
MLRD CONCERN:
8. Please create additional Maps 206 and 20c (or 20a and 20b if you
eliminate 20a) which are numbered versions of the M3N and M35 pond
topography maps. (Three copies each)
RESPONSE:
As previously mentioned, CYCC intends to submit a Technical Revision dealing
with sediment control, and will address the requested maps at that time.
MLRD CONCERN:
EXHIBITS
1. Please submit a revised "List of Exhibits" page when the following
recommendations are completed. (Three copies)
RESPONSE:
The requested List of Exhibits has been enclosed.
MLRD CONCERN:
2. Your submittal for Exhibit 3 contains all of the previous submittals
pertaining to sediment and drainage control. However, the submittals
have been revised over time and the exhibit must be reworked. Please
submit a concise Exhibit 3 which contains only the currently applicable
requirements. For example, Technical Revision No. 1 differs from the
original 1985 Technical Revision at the following sections:
Rainfall parameters;
Ponds;
Small area exemptions;
Associated maps;
Diversions; and
Culverts, etc.
Please blend the various revision submittals so that one Exhibit
incorporates only the current design and implementation requirements.
