CEC should commit to installing sediment control <br />measures for the drill pad regardless of "drilling or environmental conditions." <br />7) CEC indicates that cuttings will be disposed of in the mud pits. How will <br />CEC ensure that the reclaimed mudpit is sufficiently compact so that vehicles <br />or livestock using the area in the future will not be adversely impacted? <br />8) What is the appropruate depth of the water table in the location of the <br />proposed borehole? <br />Inclusion of commitmenu within the proposed permit pages would be an appropriate <br />method of addressing these concerns.
