Even with the growth <br />anticipated in background traffic, intersections at mine entrances can continue to provide <br />excellent service as unsignalized intersections. The assessment shows that LOS A <br />conditions are projected for both the Ironclad and Carlton access locations for year 2003 and <br />year 2013 traffic conditions. No single approach or movement is projected to operate at less <br />than LOS A conditions.
