4.2.5 Permit, Disturbed, and Affected Acreages
With respect to the Load Out Permit Area (as defined in Figure 9.2-
1), the permit, disturbed, and affected acreages are coincident.
The lease boundary is the permit boundary and represents the
maximum area of disturbance. The 9.35 acres leased from the D&RG
for the purposes of loading coal are located in an existing
industrial park which has been constructed for the purpose of
loading various materials into rail cars. The permit, disturbed,
and affected area of 9.35 acres includes the coal stockpile area,
active loading area, and the rail line.
9.2.6 Personnel Requirements
NCIG does not anticipate that any personnel will be stationed
permanently at the load out facility. During loading operations,
one to three people may be required for the required tasks.
• Personnel used during loading will come from the permanent staff at
the NCIG mine.
4.2.7 Power Requirements
Power requirements within the Load Out Permit Area are expected to
be minimal. Power will only be required for lighting, conveyor,
and small pumps to run the dust suppression sprayers and latex
applicators.
• NCIG - Load Out Revision 4-4 ABC/1145/910531
blsl9l
