[n addition, the secondary containment function is improved by not placing the drain <br />cover fill gravel in areas where contained solution flows may occur. Portions of the <br />actual work may need to be "field fit" to allow for construction flexibility since there are <br />buried utilities and existing uses in this area DNIG will be contacted on any proposed <br />specification changes from the drawings and plans as attached. Changes will be <br />documented in the as-built drawings and certification package provided to DMG for final <br />approval. <br />The reclaimed footprint for the VLF, including this extension, will be unchanged as the <br />area proposed for additional work in this request for technical revision will be under the <br />regraded footprint at closure.
