This additional liner is not proposed for ore stacking and <br />leaching. The work will be conducted by Ames Construction and Poly-Flex and <br />completed as a portion of Amendment No. 8 implementation. The additional lined area is <br />approximately 0.7 acres (the VLF has a total lined area at build out under Amendment <br />No. 8 of approximately 379 acres). A check in the amount of 3875.00 (check no. <br />00064731) for this technical revision request is attached. <br />Golder Associates has desired the additional lined area in general accordance with the <br />VLF design requirements approved in Amendment No. 8. The work will be overseen by <br />Golder Associates Inc. as the Quality Assurance and Quality Con¢ol Contractor and a <br />certification report will be provided ro the Division of ytinerais and Geology ("DNIG"). <br />Since this area will not be stacked with ore or Leached, certain Amendment No. 8 design <br />criteria responsive to ore loading and leaching are modified for this work. The attached <br />design package from Golder Associates Inc. provides the plan and desist criteria- Dtain <br />cover fill will not be placed on portions of the Liner, as it is not required since no ore will <br />be stacked. <br />
