3 backward to me. I am wondering if we can do
4 something to stzaighten that out.
5 UNIDENTIFIED PERSON: My suggestion is
6 we reserve our cross until they have their rebuttal.
7 THE CHAIRMAN: Mr. Massey, do you have a
8 comment about that?
9 MR. MASSEY: Just a quick response to
l0 that. Our rebuttal witnesses are going to talk
11 about the areas that were raised by the objectors
12 this morning.
13 If Neil chooses to limit his
14 cross-examination to the issues on which they
15 testify, I don't have a problem with that. It
16 seems more efficient to me. I mean, that's the
17 appropriate way, I think.
18 The issues are at issue. That's how we
19 will be handling it. It seems to make sense.
20 MR. COHEN: That's okay with us if :it's
21 okay with everybody.
22 THE CHAIRMAN: Dennis, does that meet
23 with the spirit of this pretrial proceeding? You
