RFrEIVED <br />DEC 2 6 2006 <br />EXHIBIT H: WILDLIFE INFORMATION Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety <br />Previously observed wildlife on the site included mammalian species such as several <br />varieties of small rodents, insectivores, eastern cottontail, white tailed jack rabbits, <br />striped skunks, red fox, raccoons, opossums, and white tailed deer. Avian species have <br />included crows, magpies, blackbirds, cowbirds, several species of warblers, sparrows, <br />pheasants, woodpeckers, meadowlarks, pigeons, swallows, and water follow such us <br />ducks, geese, egrets, and heron. <br />Local wildlife species may be temporarily displaced during the filling operations; <br />however, they are expected to reestablish themselves following the completion of <br />reclamation. Following completion of the reclamation, the reclaimed fill area and <br />detention pond are expected to attract mammalian and avian species similar to those <br />previously observed on the property. <br />
