As you know, there is
an
exposed groundwater issue at the M&G Pit / Pollyanna Mann Property.
Lafarge
has been engaged by the property owner, The Pollyanna Marital Trust to
place fill material in the pit. Where placed, the material shall be to a
level at least two feet above groundwater level. We understand the
State
Engineer's Office has discussed this situation, understands that
corrective
action is in process, and that your office has therfeor decided to take
no
action in this matter unless the corrective measures are not completed.
Please confirm this understanding for both of our files. We appreciate
your
help and attention to this matter.
Steve Brown AIC P,
Senior Land Planner,
Lafarge, Inc.
303.657.4054
This e-mail message is confidential, may be privileged and is intended
