The BLM may require an operator to post an independent <br />reclamation bond,'- with the BLM, if it is determined that the bond posted with <br />CMLRB is inadequate for the protection of Public Lands. <br />5. Termination of this Memorandum will not affect outstanding bonds <br />pasted in accord with it. <br />6. The existing Memorandum of Understanding (re Bonding dated. <br />June 21, 1982) between BLM and CMLRB is hereby superseded with the <br />implementation of this Memorandum. <br />VIII. Amendment or Termination <br />1. Either party has the right to renegotiate this Memorandum or <br />parts thereof after 30 days notice. Both parties agree to review this <br />Memorandum every six months to ensure its proper implementation consistent <br />with the stated purposes. <br />2.
