(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Modified Amendment No. 7 boundary (Phase IUIII extension) construcfion at the Cresson Project during the period of September 19 through September 25, 2004. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 29° F to 48° F, and highs ranged from 47° F to 66° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Construcfion Srnopsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase II-III extension construction. Ames conducted Phase II-III extension construcfion activities on four days of this seven-day reporting period (September 19 through September 22, 2004). Poly-flex conducted Phase II-III extension repairs on one day of this seven day reporting period (September 19, 2004). ' Phase II-III Extension Ames continued production of Drain Cover Fill (DCF) material at the screen plant by the secondary crusher. Ames commenced and completed hauling, placement and grading of DCF material into the Phase II-III Extension adjacent to the southwest tie-in of Phases II and III. Ames placed DCF material per the project plans onto approved geomembrane panels. A map of the azea worked during this reporting period is provided in Attachment C.
