Phase II-III Summary No. 2 Page 3 <br />Laboratory Tests <br />043-2190 <br />Golder obtained one QA sample of Structural Fill (SFx-QA-O1) and one QA sample of Soil Liner <br />Fill (5LFx-QA-OI) associated with Phase II-III extension construction for laboratory index testing to <br />detemune suitability of materials used. The completed tests met the requirements of the <br />specifications and the results aze presented in Attachment B. <br />Meetin¢s <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractors' meeting on September 14, 2004. Items discussed included <br />Safety, Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
