Phase II-III Summary No. 1 Page 2 043-2170 <br />Field Monitorinu and Testing Activities <br />Golder observed construction activities associated with Phase Nc earthworks. All construction <br />materials and soil materials placed were verified as suitable, and construction methods were in <br />accordance with project specifications. <br />Laboratory Tests <br />Golder obtained no QA samples associated with the Phase II-III extension. Golder plans to sample a <br />minhnum of one QA structural fill sample, one soil liner fill sample, and one drain cover fill sample <br />during construction of the extension. <br />Meetines <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractors' meeting on September 8, 2004. Items discussed included Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
