If disturbed, reclamation of the areas would be as <br />• discussed in the existing permit. <br />~ SEEPWATER CANAL/PUMPHOUSE (20) <br />We wish to incorporate this island of 4 acres between the <br />northwest end of the Seepwater Canal and the beginning of the <br />road which provides access around the perimeter of the tailing <br />pond. <br />The road occupies about one acre. The remaining 3 acres <br />are presently undisturbed and should remain as buffer, howevec, <br />if disturbed, reclamation would proceed as discussed in the <br />existing permit. <br />TOPSOIL STOCKPILES/ROADS (21) <br />• In July, 1980, we received approval of a technical <br />revision to begin construction of a road accessing the <br />perimeter of the tailing area and a barge pump in the northwest <br />corner of the pond. In the Technical Revision, we exchanged 50 <br />acres from the Ute Park topsoil stockpile area, and noted we <br />would request the return of that acreage when we submitted an <br />amendment. <br />We now request the return of the 50 acres to the <br />Stockpiles/Roads Area (21). (The 50 acres obtained by <br />Technical Revision are included in the acreage for the Tailing <br />Deposition Area in this amendment). <br />There is no change in the reclamation plan or timetable. <br />• <br />-9- <br />
