Submit the hydraulic analyses and Flood ControUMitigation Plan to the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology for their preliminary review; <br />F. Finalize the Flood Control/Mitigation Plan. Based on the review comments <br />received, prepare final construction drawings, supporting hydraulic analyses, and <br />cost estimates; <br />G. Submit the Flood Conttol/Mitigation Plan as a technical revision to this <br />amendment to the Division of Mining and Geology for final review, comment, <br />and inclusion in the permit; <br />H. Construct the features as designed in the final Flood Control/Mitigation Plan; <br />I. Obtain as-built information on the constructed Flood ControUMitigation Plan and <br />submit a Letter of Map Revision to Weld County and FEMA for approval. <br />Anderson Consulting Engineers, Inc. anticipates the following general schedule for <br />completion of the Flood ControUMitigation Plan: <br />A. Completion of the preliminary Flood Contro]/Mitigation Plan: Approximately 2 <br />months; <br />B. Weld County review of the plan and CLOMR: Approximately 1 month; <br />(It is assumed that DMG and COE reviews will occur concurrently with the Weld <br />County and/or FEMA review) <br />C. FEMA review of CLOMR: Approximately 4 months; <br />D. Finalize the Flood ControUMitigation Plan: 2 months; <br />E. The Flood Control/Mitigation Plan will include a recommended sequence and <br />schedule for the construction of specific elements in the plan. The schedule will <br />indicate time frames at which periodic Letter of Map Revisions (LOMRs) maybe <br />submitted to FEMA to update the floodplain and floodway delineation.
