3. LANDesign shall submit a final Detention and Storm Sewer Plan, consistent with the <br />approved drainage report and preliminary plan, stamped by Brian Hart P.E., and to be <br />reviewed and accepted by Norm Aufderheide, the County Engineer, prior to commencing <br />the construction authorized by the Development Permit. <br />4. The maximum weight of vehicles and/or equipment that may use this access road shall <br />be consistent with the legal load limit for the State of Colorado Highways, which shall <br />not exceed 18 kip per axle for tandem axles. <br />5. The County Engineer shall review any substantive changes to the approved <br />engineering plans and specifications. Approval by the County Engineer must be <br />received prior to commencement of construction. A qualified representative of the project <br />engineer shall provide onsite construction observation to ensure that project construction <br />is performed in accordance with the approved plans. <br />6. The project engineer shall submit as-built plans within 90 days following completion <br />of the relocated access road and Phase III construction. The submitted as-built <br />construction plans shall be reviewed and approved by the County Engineer prior to <br />commencing any commercial Gravel Mining and/or Processing activities at the Pit, <br />including Concrete production (but excluding operations specifically related to the Pit <br />access road relocation). <br />The operative project plans and documents for this Development Permit, which aze <br />incorporated herein by reference, are the following: <br />The Pathfinder Gravel Pit Access Road and Phase III Construction Plans prepared by <br />Gregory Anderson P.E. and David Leonard P.E. date stamped by these engineers 9-28-02 <br />and 8-28-02, respectively. Sheet 4 of 4 of these plans was revised and is date stamped 7- <br />16-03. <br />The Detention Pond & Storm Sewer Plans for the Pathfinder Grave].Pit Access Road <br />prepared by Brian Hart P.E. LANDesign dated May 2003. <br />The Drainage Report prepared by Brian Hart P.E. LANDesign dated June 2003. <br />The Geotechnical Evaluation (Pathfinder Gravel Pit-Slope Stability) prepazed by Craig <br />Wiedeman P.E. Western Technology dated July 10, 2003. <br />The Mazch 8, 2003 letter from Dave Leonazd P.E. to Norm Aufderheide P.E., the County <br />Engineer concerning the penstock loads and redesigned penstock protection slab and the <br />supporting material attached to this permit. <br />[texUpathfinder/dev.permit,phaseIlI/Page 2 <br />
