COLORADO AVENUE, 3~ FLOOR TELLURIDE, <br />Re~~~~d, <br />JIJ+; 7 3 2004 <br />TELEPHONE (970) 728-3063 FAX (970) 728-3098 email: smcplannin~na,telluridecolorado.net <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR PATHFINDER GRAVEL PTT <br />ACCESS ROAD & PHASE III CONSTRUCTION <br />per Settlement Agreement (Pathfinder Gravel Pit Litigation, 1/22/02) Article I Submitted <br />by Scott Smith, Pres., Pathfinder, Inc. dated October 9, 2002 <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT: Phase III -Terms and Conditions of Approval <br />This Development Permit is approved and issued for the Gravel Pit Access Road and <br />Phase III construction plan of a mtiltiple phase construction that will include the pit <br />access road re-location eastward of the penstock, two proposed crossings of the penstock <br />associated with re-routing of this section of the access road, filling of the Wetland Area <br />(Wetland Special Use Permit), and associated storm water improvements and <br />detention pond. <br />The construction authorized by this Development Permit is for overlot grading, the road <br />relocation, the penstock crossings, and construction and improvements as depicted on the <br />Pathfinder Gravel Pit Access Road and Phase III Construction Plans sheet 4 of 4 designed <br />and prepared under the supervision of Gregory Anderson P.E. and David Leonazd P.E. <br />received by the Planning Department September 30, 2002. This approval aclmowledges, <br />and is subject to, the revised plan sheet 4 of 4 received July 16, 2003, which replaces the <br />eazlier dated sheet 4 of 4 cross sections and details for the concrete penstock crossing, <br />which is incorporated herein by reference. <br />This Development Permit also authorizes the grading and construction of a storm sewer <br />and detention pond as described in the Drainage Report and Detention Pond & Storm <br />Sewer Plan for the Pathfinder Gravel Pit Access Road prepazed by Brian Hart, P.E. <br />LANDesign received in the Planning Department June 13, 2003, which is incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />This approval is contingent upon the applicant complying with the following conditions: <br />1. All elements of the Access Road and Phase III Construction Plans and the Detention <br />Pond and Storm Water Plans that have been submitted for review as a part of this <br />Development Permit application, which are incorporated herein by reference, <br />shall be implemented and complied with. <br />2.
