<br />As specified in the Pre-Application Summary, this introductory letter constitutes <br />the "Standards Report. <br />4-207 Pre-Application Conference Summary Sheet <br />A copy of the Pre-Application Conference Summary is provided herein as Exhibit <br />E. <br />4-208 Site Plan <br />Exhibit F consists of five 24x36 engineered drawings including a Site Plan, an <br />overview of the engineering submittals, grading plans; and road profiles and cross <br />sections. Also included in Exhibit F are three 8 1(2x 14 site utilization maps <br />identifying Areas of State and Local Interest as set forth in Section 5-22. There are <br />no areas of State and Local Interest within the confines of the boundaries of this <br />proposed project. <br />4-209 Copies of Application <br />Three copies of this letter/application have been submitted. <br />4-210 Revegetation Plan <br />The existing disturbed areas, areas disturbed by activities of this project, and other <br />adjacent areas devoid of vegetation will be revegetated with native species as <br />~ previously approved by San Miguel County (i.e. the `approved San Miguel County <br />~ see_ d~ ix), or as amended by same and also as stipulated in the Pathfinder/San <br />Miguel County SA. Following the final grading fertilizing and mulching of the <br />affected areas all such areas will be seeded with native grass and forb species. <br />' Species native to this area include tufted hair grass (Dechampsia), Nebraska sedge <br />h? (Carex nebraskensis), slender wheatgrass (Apropyron trachycaulum), and alpine <br />J~ <br />timothy (Phleum alpinium). <br />4-211 Weed Control Plan <br />Control of noxious weeds will be considered in each phase of the remediation <br />project and the road relocation/construction process.
