this submittal should reflect a consensus view of the `preferred alternative' for a <br />solution to the existing access, erosion, and public safety issues. <br />The following application presents the information as required by the Submission <br />Requirements specified in the Pre-application Summary you supplied re: our 4/30/02 <br />meeting in your office re: this project. It is anticipated that the following submission <br />and al] enclosed exhibits, written materials, and other documentation demonstrating <br />compliance with the applicable standards, (listed below) will serve as the official <br />`application'. <br />4-202 Required Background Information <br />Exhibit A- a letter of authorization by the Pathfinder Development Corporation for <br />signatory authority for Scott Smith as the President of Pathfinder, and/or Gene <br />Dackonish and Thomas Kennedy as legal representatives as additional authorized <br />representatives. <br />4-203 Parcel Description <br />The Pathfinder parcel consists of some 54 acres lying one mile south of the Ophir <br />Loop, five miles from the entrance to the Mountain Village, twelve miles south of <br />Telluride proper, (see legal description arid map of the subject property exhibits B, <br />and B(1) enclosed). <br />4-204 Disclosure and Proof of Ownership <br />Exhibit C- provides the required disclosure and proof of ownership of the parcel on. <br />which this project is to occur. <br />4-205 Legal Access <br />Exhibit D includes a copy of the cun•ent CDOT access permit evidencing the right <br />of legal access to the subject property. <br />4-206 Standards Report <br />
